My name is Lane Stafford. I am a native Texan and proud Kentuckian since 2010, working and raising a family here in my adopted home in the Bluegrass. My goal in starting Oaken Tex-Lex BBQ was to find a way to share Central Texas-style, craft BBQ with all my family and friends here in Lexington.

We operate as a catering and large pick-up order business. Whether it's ten friends gathering to watch the Cats, or 500 folks gathering for an unforgettable wedding in horse country, I look forward to a chance to impress your family and friends with some of the best BBQ they will ever have!
